Jacksonville, FL Teacher charged of having sex with minor --- May 15, 2002
A 35-year veteran drivers education teacher was scheduled to appear in court charged with having a sexual relationship with a minor (a 17-year old girl). The charges, under Florida law, apply to people over 24 years old who have a sexual relationship with a 16 or 17 year old.
