Long Beach, CA teacher gets 8 years --- May 17, 2002
Michael Harold Williams, 39, pleaded guilty to two counts of a lewd act with a child. The girl was 14. Marshall, was arrested last October at a border crossing while trying to re-enter the United States from Mexico with the girl where he had taken her.
