NH Third trial for ex-Raymond teacher delayed --- January 12, 2002
The "alleged" victim of same sexual-abuse charges has refused to testify against a former Raymond teacher. This is the third trial, the Supreme Court last year found that the jury that convicted her in the second trial may have been unfairly prejudiced by testimony about a homosexual affair with the victim’s mother. "Woodard was a teacher at Iber Holmes Gove Middle School in the early 1980s when she befriended and later, over a period of more than a year, allegedly molested LaRoche, a seventh-grader who had been in her homeroom the previous year."
