Physical education teacher Neil Frederick, 41, has been indicted on charges he sexually abused five of his students at a school in Prince George’s County. The indictment alleges he improperly touched five female students beneath their waists between September and April. It also alleges he put his hands under the clothing of the nine and ten year old girls to rub their backs and chests. Frederick is charged with five counts each of child abuse, second-degree assault, and third-degree sexual offenses.
