In Lake Elsinor, CA, "Teacher pleads not guilty in case involving student" (May 9, 2002) Charles Roger Noppe, 35, a Temescal Canyon High School auto shop teacher, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of lewd conduct and inflicting corporal injury on a minor. The Corona man is accused of lewd conduct on a 14 year-old student.
